Here we go again!
We’ll be participating in the United Cerebral Palsy (UCB) tour and concours this June. As we write this in late February, details are just starting to come together. In fact, the date of the tour has not been set; we may move it earlier than the day before the concours. But the show is firmly set; it will be Sunday, June 13th at our usual location at Arapahoe Community College.
By the time you get this, both dates should be firmed up and registration open on the UCB website at www.cpco.org.
So mark June 13th on your calendar, start sprucing up your car to show or be judged … or make plans to come see the fantastic array of European cars! This is the only show in the Denver area with the number (over 400 last year!) and variety of exotic, and often very rare, European sport vehicles. And don’t forget to watch for further details so that you can join us on the tour too!
Proceeds from all the events go to the care of challenged children in UCB’s programs. Last year, despite the economy, we netted over $75,000. We hope to better that amount this year to address the ever growing needs! So come on out, see how we’ve addressed some needed changes, and have some fun with us!
For questions or clarifications call the club representatives, Dee Raisl or Dave Stackhouse. We can be reached at (303) 722-0922 or (970)203-1087 respectively.
More details to follow! Watch for them and register as soon as you can! We will be cutting off registrations in mid-May again.
