Come join us on the ice at Georgetown Lake on Saturday, January 20, 2018 for the chance to learn and enhance your winter driving skills. A winter skid pad and a gymkhana course will be set up for you to make your best-timed run in your vehicle. Registration will open December 10, 2017 at 6:00 pm MST on motorsportreg.com on a first come, first served basis for 25 participants. Entry fee of $60 includes breakfast, pizza lunch, practice, gymkhana and prizes. Pre-registration and payment by January 3, 2018.
Prizes will be given based on vehicle and tire type. Spikes and bolted tires are not permitted, but studded tires are permitted if they are DOT approved.
Cancellations must be sent to the registrar before Dec 30th, 2017. There is a $20 cancellation charge. Non-Participant cost for breakfast is $16 (per person) and $16 Pizza Bar (per person).
Day of Information:
Meet the group at the Alpine Restaurant (1106 Rose Street, Georgetown, CO) at 8:30 am for a light breakfast and the Mandatory Instruction Session starting at 9:00 AM. After the gymkhana we will meet back at the Alpine Restaurant at 2:30 pm for lunch and awards.
If you don’t want to drive, come out and watch. Be sure to dress for winter.
