Vote = yesDecember 10, 2019 at 8:52 am in reply to: November Planning Meeting Item – Storage Container at HPR #6317
A 40foot container as a “one time purchase” would work great! As time progresses (as Gary Noted) we could grow out of the 20ft container. Especially if HPR starts to build/construct the skid-pad for Autocross like events.
Keeping the AX gear in the trailer, is desired on many fronts.
My vote would be “Wings on the Rockies”
I vote option #1
vote yes, $500
I vote option #1
Agreed, was the track session worth it last year? How man chapter members went?
I think a 1/4 keg of Fat Tire would be good enough. Generally, people like that beer.
Just because I’m a data dork, I have attached a nice graph on the data that Janet shown.
This is great data, and I feel we should use this as a factor on the gauge how much we spend on dealerships. In addition to donations…etc that each of the dealerships make without being asked by us.
Clearly Winslow is the loser here, how can we get them to push the club a little more. Surprised at Schomp !!! Woohoo!

It may be hard to find volunteers to help out with tearing down the party or “Cleaning up”. Shouldn’t this be a part of the tear down of the tables and chairs? Also, for the “coffee station”, I’m sure going to Starbucks to get a “Meeting Togo” setup is sufficient that has paper cups. This way its just thrown away, I think anything more would be too much and too labor intensive for someone.
Christine, since you are the event chair, are you including yourself as part of the “volunteers” to help out with the party?
I vote, yes to this 🙂
We had 136 volunteers for Street Survival? Or did I miss something, which is entirely possible. Also, I think our planning meeting is 11/12 not sure if you want to double-dip on that or not.
I’m ok, with having this. Also, do you have the list of the 136 folks?
Is there an updated proposed budget? We are approaching fall.
Thanks Susan, I should have something for you in the next week or soMay 10, 2016 at 9:47 am in reply to: Preprinted Liability Waivers for events including DS and Auto-X #2540
Hey Gary, Sounds good. Is something we can do with MotorSportReg? Autocross would have to have blanks still, since we have a lot of folks spectating. Perhaps, this “step” could be a process at registration (as well).
Have to figure it out, but awesome!
